BioBits combines the ease of using a digital design tool with detailed scientific validation provided by a CRO. Simply input a DNA sequence and we can perform an in-vitro expression for you. After selecting your data distribution format, public (via github), or private (via encrypted email) we'll send you a quote & a suggested optimization strategy. The whole process can be completed in as a little as a few hours.

SEQUENCE

Provide us with your DNA sequence, and then we can contact you with a quote for characterising expression.

ANALYSIS

We will perform an in-vitro expression characterisation. If you have a fluorescent tag we can provide feedback in as little as 30 minutes.

RESULTS

We'll provide you with a report by encrypted email (private) or posted on our github repo (public) with a summary of experimental metadata and expression characterisation.

Bixels is a low cost tool for
STEAM education. It uses a small microcontroller along with LEDs to illuminate fluorescent proteins. When combined with cell-free extract it is a great way to learn about molecular biology in any classroom, simply anywhere.
